Aware of the difficulties involved in slicing a ham, we offer you a version sliced by hand directly in Spain by Master Cortadors who scrupulously respect our specifications.

Jabugo origin
Ingredients: 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham (origin Spain / Jabugo), salt, sugar, acidity regulator E331 (iii), preservatives E252 and E250.
Tasting tips:
Before opening the vacuum bag, pass it for a few moments under lukewarm water at 28°C (or immerse it for a few moments at 30°C)
Open the vacuum bag at least 15 minutes before enjoying it.
Serve first on dishes or plates that have been heated beforehand in order to release their aromatic power even more.
Accompany your Bellota-Bellota® ham with low-acid white bread, our crushed fresh tomatoes or our crushed potatoes whipped in olive oil.

Terms of delivery- Delivery time and method of payment
Your order placed on the site www.bellotabellota.ch is validated as soon as the company Bellota-Bellota receives confirmation of your payment.
We remind you that the secure payment of your order on our e-commerce site can be made either by credit card or by ApplePay. We accept other methods of payment for online orders on the www.bellotabellota.ch site (transfer or check). Please contact us by email at info@bellotabellota.ch to make the request.
The amount of the delivery costs is indicated at the end of your order, in accordance with the General Conditions of Sale accessible by following this link .
Your order will be delivered to you at the address indicated in the "Delivery address" area that you complete as soon as your basket is validated.
Bellota-Bellota undertakes to make every effort to ensure the delivery of your order as soon as possible after its confirmation and validation of payment, i.e. within 24 to 72 hours on working days for delivery in Swiss. This period may possibly be extended by one week (seven days), depending on product stocks.
Any order placed at the end of the week (from Friday 10 a.m.) will be dispatched from the following Monday in order to guarantee the transport of your order in the best conditions.
We draw your attention to the fact that the above delivery times are applicable excluding delivery problems on the part of the selected carrier or force majeure and subject to product availability. During the end-of-year holidays (mid-November until the end of December) or public holidays, these deadlines are given as an indication and may be extended.
Indeed, in the event of a delay in the delivery period, Bellota-Bellota may exonerate itself from all or part of its liability by providing proof that the non-performance or poor performance of the contract is attributable either to the consumer, either to the fact, unforeseeable and insurmountable, of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.
The products remain the property of Bellota-Bellota until full payment of the price.

All orders will be honored within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of products after placing your order, we will do our best to inform you. Bellota-Bellota Retail reserves the right to send the rest of the products ordered and to have the missing products delivered to you, or to replace the missing products with an equivalent.
